  • Future-Proof Your Property: Make your property resilient to drought by reducing operational costs and providing drought-proof income.
What We're Looking For

We are interested in sites that meet the following criteria:

  • Location: Proximity to substations, transmission lines, or renewable energy installations.
  • Size: Preferably 5ha minimum.
  • Accessibility: Easy access for construction and ongoing maintenance.
  • Topography: Land area is generally flat.
  • Proximity to residences: Land that is >500m from the closest neighbouring houses are preferred.
How to Apply

If you have land that meets these criteria and are interested in exploring a partnership, we invite you to submit an application.

Our team will take a look and work with you to develop a plan that maximises the potential of your land.

  • Step 1: Submit your details through the form below.
  • Step 2: Our team will review your application and schedule a site assessment.
  • Step 3: We’ll work together to finalise the terms and begin development.
Why BESS?

Battery Energy Storage Systems are essential to enhancing the reliability and resilience of the power grid. By storing excess energy and releasing it when needed, BESS helps balance supply and demand, reduces energy costs, and supports the integration of more renewable energy into the grid.
